Vivian is a highly creative and results-driven marketer with over ten years of experience in the aviation industry. Currently, she serves in a dual capacity as both a program manager, overseeing the company’s involvement in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) Automated People Mover (APM) program, and as Senior Manager of Marketing. Vivian is deeply experienced in marketing strategy, planning, and business development. Serving as Senior Manager of Marketing, Vivian oversees the company’s digital marketing and communication strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and strategic priorities while also building the DY brand and increasing visibility for the company.

Vivian supervises the creation of bidding documents for winning contracts; manages digital marketing and communications strategies for industry events or conferences; develops compelling award submissions; and develops content for advertisements, social media, and email marketing. Vivian ensures client satisfaction and facilitates the development of growth opportunities through collaborations with prospective clientele.

Vivian is currently leading the adoption, integration, and implementation of the firmwide Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform. She is in charge of formulating the CRM activities to maximize KPI improvement and bring faster business growth and better profitability.

Recognized by her peers, Vivian earned the designation of Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) in 2020 from the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), which approved her commitment to competence and professionalism in marketing professional practice services. She also completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership training program for managers and won the Outstanding Performance Award in 2019.
