DY was engaged to update the Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) by depicting the latest developments and the proposed improvements planned at the airport. Among others, major facilities incorporated on the updated ALP were the new Terminal One and the associated airside facilities (apron, taxiways, vehicle service roads, etc.) and landside roadways; air train redevelopment; and future Terminal Two.

All the ALP update work was in compliance with the applicable FAA standards and guidelines, including FAA ARP SOP 2.00, Standard Procedure for FAA Review and Approval of Airport Layout Plans (ALPs), and ARP SOP 3.00, Standard Operating Procedure for FAA Review of Exhibit ‘A’ Airport Property Inventory Maps.
