On Friday, August 9th at 3:45 pm, Woodbine had the distinct pleasure of hosting a meet and greet with Senator Booker at the Woodbine Municipal Airport. Our Kan Liu presented a brief history of the airport, where it is currently, and future goals for the airport. At the end of the meeting, Senator Booker presented Woodbine with a huge symbolic check for $6.9M. This is for the Terminal & Hangar project at the airport. The acquisition of this project was headed by Kan with the help of other companies that worked for Woodbine over a period of several years. The project consists of the creation of a new terminal and several hangars. The project will consist of 3 phases: an EA phase, a design phase, and finally the construction phase. DY will be the Prime consultant with these other roles: Program/Project Manager, civil site engineer, and civil site inspection during construction.
