DY Consultants is excited to be participating in a research study aimed at developing recommendations for new Vertiport design standards for electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (#eVTOL) aircraft. DY views Urban Air Mobility (UAM) as one of the major changes in the future of aviation which will significantly improve transportation of people and delivery of small packages in urban areas.

DY also believes ground infrastructure “Vertiports” are one of the key pillars of the UAM ecosystem. Building on our team’s experience on heliport planning and design as well as the knowledge accumulated over the past few years in the area of #UAM, DY is proud to contribute to the development of new standards for e-VTOL- facilities.
