Robert Jaffer completed his CPA(K) Internationally in December 1984 and has over 39 years of experience in cost and financial accounting. Robert previously served three years with an international Certified Public Accounting firm and has extensive financial experience on construction projects from more than 30 years in positions such as Project Controller, Project Business Manager and Assistant Project Accountant.

He currently serves in the role of Financial Controller and is involved in improving the financial performance of DY Consultants. In recent years he has gained an enhanced understanding of the challenges faced by airports as they undertake long-term redevelopment, engineering and planning projects.

Robert managed financial aspects of the following notable projects: the new Terminal One at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK); Grand Central Terminal’s East Side Access Tunneling Project that encompasses work in multiple locations throughout Manhattan and Queens; and JFK’s $1 billion concession project at Terminal 8 and 9.
